Collection of Information
For the SBC Google Analytics (GA4) Dashboard Admin Plugin: we do not collect, save, view, or gather any of your personal google analytics data. The only exception to this policy is that information which is needed to connect to your analytics account for authorization and display of page data. That information which you provide so that the dashboard app knows we have the correct GA account. It gets the data and then displays it on your admin page for you. For security this is a view only plugin. To change data on your cloud or analytics data account you will need to log in manually via another browser window and change that data. There is no part of this physical plugin that sends anything back to our main site, we have no interest in viewing your GA data.
For all other software relations: we may collect personally identifiable information, like names, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors, or when submitting company online forms. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request such as if you gave us this information in a support text chat, or to fulfill security needs. We also have a company mailing list which does collect your email address but that is a voluntary feature with a unsubsribe option. We will not use your information that we do have in any other way unless you give us permission to do so or as outlined in this or other documents on this website, for example a law enforcement warrant.
